Premium Puzzle Warranty

All of our Premium Puzzles are carefully prepared and serviced for top-of-the-line performance. In the case that your Premium Puzzle does not arrive or perform to this standard, we’ve got you covered through our Premium Cube Warranty.

One week coverage

Stickers: All Premium Puzzles are stickered with extreme care and we work precisely to avoid visible defects such as chipped/crooked stickers or logos, and air bubbles. Coverage extends to cases where your stickers arrive with visible defects. Puzzles with visibly defective stickers should be reported within 1 week of receipt.

Pieces: All Premium Puzzles are inspected during the disassembly and lubrication processes. We replace any pieces that have visible defects or are broken before the puzzle is packaged and sent out. Coverage extends to cases where pieces or hardware in your cube arrive damaged or worn. Puzzles with defective pieces should be reported within 1 week of receipt.

Six month coverage

Set-up: All Premium Puzzles are lubed to specifications set by our Pro Shop experts and may arrive slightly gummy. Some light use may be necessary to break in the cube. Coverage extends to cases where your cube is overlubed, underlubed or unevenly tensioned and begins when the puzzle is shipped out.

Magnets: All magnetic Premium Puzzles are magnetized accurately and consistently to ensure correct placement, polarity, and longevity. Coverage extends to cases where magnets are missing, flipped, offset, or dislodged during normal use and begins when the puzzle is shipped out.

Warranty claims

Domestic warranty claims: For domestic claims, contact support@thecubicle.com with detailed documentation of your issue. Possible solutions include troubleshooting support, shipping replacement stickers, logos, and pieces, as well as sending the puzzle back for evaluation and maintenance. Puzzles sent back for evaluation are at the expense of the customer, but will be refunded in full if any action or maintenance is done on the puzzle. TheCubicle reserves the right to refuse any shipments without prior notice or approval.

International warranty claims: For international claims, contact support@thecubicle.com with detailed documentation of your issue. Possible solutions include troubleshooting support shipping replacement stickers, logos, and pieces in a future puzzle order. Premium Puzzles may be sent back to us for immediate evaluation. However, this is not required as long a future puzzle order is made where we can include any replacement parts. TheCubicle reserves the right to refuse any shipments without prior notice or approval.
